I felt trapped in a cycle of emotional eating, unable to break free no matter how hard I tried.
I paid for gym memberships I barely used, and the excitement of a new plan would fade after just a few days.
The weight of guilt was overwhelming every time I fell back into old patterns.
The worst part was feeling like a failure, believing I’d never get out of this rut.
But I discovered that the real issue wasn’t my lack of discipline; it was the unresolved emotions and beliefs driving my habits.
Once I addressed these, everything changed.
I stopped using food as a crutch and started nourishing my body in a way that felt natural and sustainable.
